I am also on maternity leave so I cannot say for sure that this is the only element that has caused my skin not to flare up this summer (will edit review on return to work) but I must say, my skin has never been this good in the muggy heat of NY summer and I’ve been consistently taking this while my post natal supplements. It did take until about month two to clear up.

Over 90 days my eczema improved by about 90% which is fantastic, but what I didn't expect was that my lifelong acne (which gets triggered by nightshades, dairy and caffeine) was completely eliminated. I've been testing it now by eating anything that would typically trigger it and I haven't had a single breakout in two months. That hasn't happened in 20 years. Usually like clockwork I can eat something like a pizza with some coffee and I'll have a massive breakout within 48 hours. Now it is like my skin is more resilient and I might get the tiniest bit of redness, then it goes back to normal within half a day, with no breakout.

I got this to treat my eczema, which also improved a ton. All of my itching is gone, most of the dryness, all the inflamed spots are gone. If I had something like alcohol I get a bit of itchiness back, but then it goes away really quick with basic skin care.
