Refund policy

Skinesa® offers a risk-free 90-Day Money Back Guarantee on all products purchased through our website. To ensure your satisfaction, we have now made it even easier to receive a full refund. 

Just email us a picture of up to 3 open and empty bottles with a request for your full refund and we’ll refund you. This process is necessary is to combat resellers, but makes it easier than physically returning the product. 

Here are the easy steps: 
  • Be sure and save your used bottles.
  • Take a picture of up to 3 empty bottles together. 
  • Send the picture and your refund request to support@skinesa.com with the name and email address that the order was placed under.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • All refund emails must be received within 90 days of the initial receipt of product.
Simply keep your empty bottles and take a picture of the empty bottles with the caps open for a full refund. 

If at any point during your refund process you have a question or concern please contact our Customer Service at support@skinesa.com

  • Return requests must be received by our support team within 90 days from billing date of your first and initial purchase.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of Skinesa receiving the email with pictures. Please allow up to 5 days for your financial institutions to process the refund.
