- Send the picture and your refund request to support@skinesa.com with the name and email address that the order was placed under.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
- All refund emails must be received within 90 days of the initial receipt of product.
Simply keep your empty bottles and take a picture of the empty bottles with the caps open for a full refund.

Return requests must be received by our support team within 90 days from billing date of your first and initial purchase.
